By purchasing from Jp_motors Online Shop you agree that you have read, understand and accept all of our terms and conditions.
Jp_motors reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods sold at Jp_motors. We expect our customers to go through the product photos and confirm the product’s condition and compatibility information before making the purchase. We will not be held liable if the buyer is not satisfied even though the item was clearly described.
Shipping and return policy:
The product will be shipped within 10 working days in order of your order confirmation date. We will let you know if there are any delivery issues. Please note that provided delivery dates are estimates.
When the item is not in stock, we will place a back-order for you within 24 hours.
The delivery date may vary depending on the products. Please check lead time before ordering. We will ship it out right away once we receive the product.
Brand new products are sold as is. We are not responsible for any return if an item is delivered without any problems. All the products shipped with DHL and FedEx are covered by insurance. If a package/goods is damaged during the delivery, please contact us and send the photos as soon as possible as JP_motors needs to contact the carrier and provide the evidence.
Return policy:
Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Unfortunately after 30 days we cannot accept any returns or refunds.
You can return unused items in the original packaging. Please do not send the product back to manufacturers.
Exchange (if applicable):
We accept exchanges when a product is defective or damaged. Please send an email to contact us if you need to exchange. We cannot refund the initial shipping fees, which are deducted from the refund. Further, return shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
The time of delivery may vary depending on where you live.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Jp_motors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Jp_motors has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If your order should be cancelled after the payment has already been made, Jp_motors will immediately issue a credit to you in the amount paid.
