The product will be shipped within 10 working days in order of your order confirmation date. We will let you know if there are any delivery issues. Please note that provided delivery dates are estimates.

When the item is not in stock, we will place a back-order for you within 24 hours.
The delivery date may vary depending on the products. Please check lead time before ordering. We will ship it out right away once we receive the product.

Brand new products are sold as is. We are not responsible for any return if an item is delivered without any problems. All the products shipped with DHL and FedEx are covered by insurance. If a package/goods is damaged during the delivery, please contact us and send the photos as soon as possible as JP_motors needs to contact the carrier and provide the evidence.
