Q: How long does it take for a package to arrive?
A: Arrival time may vary according to your address,
     weather conditions and carrier's situation.
     Therefore we cannot give you a concrete date for when,
     but you will be able to track your delivery by checking the tracking number
     which will be sent to you after shipping.
Q: Which carrier are you going to use?
A: We will ship by DHL or Fedex. Please feel free to let us know by email
      if you would like other delivery options or preference.
      Please also be noted that there may be an extra fee for choosing a particular carrier depending on the area.
Q: What should I do when I receive a damaged package & goods inside are damaged?

     Our carrier will cover the cost when the package gets damaged or lost.
     If package/goods damage issue arises,
     please send us photos of all items and its box
     so that we can see the damage clearly.
